Dear Families,
Monday afternoon the District was alerted that an Indiana student at the Junior High has been identified as a positive case for Covid-19. This student has not been in school during his/her infectious period. We have been instructed by the PA Department of Health to identify the students who may be at risk of exposure. IASD has communicated with these families regarding necessary quarantines and advised them to closely monitor their health and to contact their Health Care Provider. Additionally, the Department of Health has required students who may have been affected to quarantine.
All parents are encouraged to continue monitoring their child(ren) for the symptoms of COVID-19 and communicate any concerns with your health care professional and school nurse.
